Biotoxicity testing report of water-based agents

China biotoxicity testing report:
The Inspection Report issued by the Inspection and Quarantine Technology Center of Ningbo Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (No. 231900012476-8)
 Acute skin irritation/corrosiveness test results: The highest score of skin irritation reaction was 0. According to the classification of skin irritation intensity, the skin irritation intensity of this kind of fire extinguisher was non-irritating.

Korean toxicity test  report:
At present, the series of water fire extinguishing agents have been exported to Korea, and passed the toxicity test of Korean standard smoothly. The main seven tests are as follows:
 1. Experiments on eye irritation and severe injury
2. Examination of Heavy Metal Content
3. Acute Toxicity Test of Fish
4. Earthworm experiment
5. Skin irritation and corrosive experiments
6. Acute Oral Toxicity Test
7. Overload Compound Experiment

 1. Experiments on eye irritation and severe injury 
In order to evaluate the irritation and damage of fire extinguishing agent to eyes, mortality, general symptoms, weight changes and conjunctival irritation were evaluated within 72 hours after 0.1 mL injection of rabbit's eyes.
No animals died from injection of experimental substances were found during the mortality test. No special abnormal symptoms were found by observing the results of general symptoms. The results of body weight measurement showed that no eye irritation or serious eye injury was found in all animals. The mean score of conjunctival reaction was 0.0 in all animals. The above results showed that the fire extinguishing agents did not cause eye irritation and serious eye injury in rabbit's eye irritation and serious injury test. Refer to globally harmonized system of classification and labelling of chemicals (GHS) classification, the distinguishing agent did not classified as hazard class.

  3.Acute Toxicity Test of Fish
The mortality of fish (48 hours) at toxicity concentration of 0 and 100 mg/L were both 0.

4.Earthworm experiment
In order to evaluate the toxic symptoms of fire extinguishing agents during acute leakage, the acute toxicity test was carried out with eisenina fetida. The limit experiment was conducted with the concentration of 1 000.0 mg/kg of coliform bacteria in soil based on the standard of active ingredients. The experimental results are as follows.

 The lowest concentration of death for all individuals and the highest concentration of survival for all individuals were not observed during the experiment.
5.Skin irritation and corrosive experiments
The highest score of skin irritation reaction was 0. According to the classification of skin irritation intensity, the skin irritation intensity of this kind of fire extinguisher was non-irritating.
6. Acute Oral Toxicity Test
Acute oral toxicity test of water fire extinguishing agents was carried out with SD line and female RAT. The dosage of experimental substances was 300 mg/kg and 2000 mg/kg, respectively. After using the test material, the mortality rate, general symptoms and weight changes were observed, and viscera abnormalities were examined by naked eye. 
No animal deaths were found during the experiment due to the use of test substances. The results of general symptoms observation showed that no abnormal symptoms were found due to injection of experimental substances. The results of body weight measurement showed that all RAT drugs showed normal weight gain. No abnormalities were found in the autopsy report.
7.Overloading compound experiment
LC-MS analysis of organic solvent extraction showed that:
